Server Rules.
1• Don't be toxic.
2• No Nsfw.
3• No spamming.
4•No advertising.
5• Don't scam people.
6• Make sure to always use the right format.
Roleplay Rules.
1• Roleplay realistic.
2• Don't have a house you realistically couldn’t afford.
3• At least 15 year difference between parent and child. (must be 18 to have a kid)
4• Use a realistic avatar, no wings, no demons etc.
5• Don't forget to update your age every 1 month.
6• Try to physically change as you get older, maybe facial hair, different body type etc.
7• Always load in the plot with smallest plot data to decrease lag.
8• You have to buy a car in game, otherwise you can't drive it, same with bikes.
9• Everyone must pay for their house/apartment. You're now allowed to use your own house without permission.
Server Laws.
1• Paying out higher or lower salary then said will be punished by a fine of 50k
2• Not filling in salary logs will end in a fine of 25k.
3• Not paying rent will also end by a fine, half of the rent price.
4• You need a permit to build a house for the roleplay
Hire a builder rules.
1• Make sure that you have permission to build from the President before you hire a builder.
2• The regular price is 15-25% of the build, depending on what star your builder has.
3• ​If you’d like to use other payment methods then bloxburg cash, make sure you ask the President first.
4• The costumer always pays first. If the payment is over 50k you pay 50k a day while the builders is building
Giveaway Rules.
1• Must be level 5 in the server
2• Cannot win twice in a row
3• Must have been in the roblox group for 14 days
(If you do not follow all these rules you will not recive any robux)
