Eclipse Penthouse, Apt 16
The finest new york can offer.
If you're a high ranked boxer or a successful business owner who has a lot of money, but still wants to live in Brooklyn, this penthouse is perfect for you. Located right above the nightclub. Includes private elevator, stunning view, a bathroom, kitchen, bed, office and walk in closet. The size is 97, the rent is 17k (80k first time fee) and you'll need a salary of 35k. The reason for the price is because there is a lot of people who want to call this their home.
Rockford Hills, Apt 17
A warm and cozy apartment.
The ultimate spot if you just moved to Paris. A small but very cozy apartment, its 60 in size and you'll have to pay a rent starting at 12.5k, and you need a salary of 20k. The one time fee is 60k. Its overall a beautiful apartment that YOU can call home.
La Mesa, Apt 18-19

This is a pretty average apartment in Paris, for 15k a month and a 70k starter fee you can expect a well built, size 70 mansion with 1 bed, a bathtub. You will need a salary of 25k to purchase this home.

This is one of the most luxury apartment you can get, a true diamond. These are 4 apartments that comes in 2 designs. The rent is at 17k, a 80k starter fee and you need a 30k salary. The size is 150 or 132.
